Casa del Sol is a guest casita on an artist's property, offering a unique get away vacation spot. A tranquil sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate! High Country Lodge

Magdalena Old Hall Hotel
Originally opened in 1917, his historic hotel located in the center of town has quaint, spacious overnight rooms for short and long term stays. The building features a wrap around porch and balcony reminiscent of an old time hotel and saloon. The lobby is also home to M&M Cafe, a community hub and hangout for the creative crowd serving fresh local foods when in season. Often featuring music and community events the hotel manager and restaurant owner Linda Mansell can often be found sitting in for a song or two. Kelly's Place restaurant, resides therein as do its resident spirits.
Rancho Magdalena B & B and Vacation Rentals
This is a traditional B&B located at a nearby ranch. The property provides southwestern homestead style private rooms with Kiva fireplaces, great views and longhorns calling in the background. The owners are full of southwestern hospitality, local lore and history. They serve a delicious country breakfast that will take you through the day. If you want a spectacular view of the surrounding area or need to get up north in a hurry, talk to the owner. He happens to be a pilot with his own plane. Located at mile marker 109 on Highway 60 just a few miles west of Magdalena.

Datil Well Campground
Over 20 (mostly drive-through) camp sites. Nice toilets (several new this year and last year). No hook-ups. No electricity -- which is good for astronomy! The camp host will probably be gone by ESSP. $5 per night.
A couple miles west of Datil off of US60.
At the very least I'd put a towel down at the bottom of that front door to keep the snakes out. We'll get a proper picture of each place as soon as we do.
